Consider hospital assessment for people with a CRB65 score of 2 or more, or a CURB65 score of 2 or more, especially if clinical judgment suggests severity or risk factors are present ,.

Arrange urgent admission to hospital for a score of 3 or more on the CURB65 score .

Consider hospital assessment for a CRB65 score of 1 or 2, particularly for those with a score of 2, after discussing options with the patient ,.
