A pre-hospital team is treating a 55-year-old male with an acute STEMI. They administer aspirin 300 mg and sublingual GTN. The patient's pain improves but then recurs after 5 minutes. They give a second GTN spray with further transient relief. Can morphine be administered for ongoing ischaemic chest pain?
